1.  Completely remove makeup and clean face , apply toner, keep roots of eyelashes dry.
2.  Take out the brush head ( just keep the brush wet ) and brush the eyelash roots evenly.
3.  Keep eyes naturally looking down for 5-10 minutes.  ( to avoid the product from pasting eyelids or penetrating into eyes)
4.  Apply makeup normally after 15minutes;  do not touch any moisture within an hour, including toner.
